REGULATION FOR ISSUING VIP CARD
The VIP card is issued free to customers by An Phuoc Co.,Ltd.
Customers must record the personal information on " Sale Slip" at An Phuoc Shops. At the end of every year, we will sum up your turn-over and carry out making procedure for issuing VIP card to all customers who reach standard.
For the customers who had VIP card, we will also issue the new card according to the turn-over in the year (if any).
For the customers who are issued the VIP card, we will send the application form for registering and send it back to us. According to the information, we will carry out making the new card and send it to the customers.
The period issue the VIP card is divided :
- In January : for the customers who are issued the VIP card in the last year
- In February : for the new customers who have enough standard that issue the VIP card in the year.
Exceeding this period, the application form will not valid.
REGULATION FOR USING VIP CARD
The VIP card is valid for discount of 5% in all An Phuoc Shops and not apply to plus in the promotional programs.
This card is personal property, not transfering to anyone
Please submit this card when make the payment and sign as the registered signature. We found this signature that is not the same registerred signature, the card number will automatically cancel and not valid.
If the customers would like to change the personal information (especially correspondence information), please contact Sales Department via Tel No : 84.8.8331430.
This card is the property of An Phuoc Co.,Ltd, An phuoc has the right to change and amend its terms and conditions.
To take advantage to manage and use the VIP card effectively, we hope that the customers will kindly execute the above-mentioned regulations so that we can serve the customers more and more better.
